In Zabaykalsky Territory especially dangerous recidivist is sentenced to imprisonment for attempt at murder

District court of the Kalarsky district of the Zabaykalsky Territory pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning especially dangerous recidivist – the 52-year-old inhabitant Severobaykalsky district Republic of Buryatia. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, provided ch.3 by Art. 30, p.1 Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at murder).
