Bank chapter Spain suggested to divide expenses on help to Ukraine

The managing director Banks Spain Pablo Ernandes de Kos supported "the general budgetary answer" countries EU on situation consequences around Ukraine which includes "mutual distribution of the public expenditures" to the military help to Kiev.
