The vice-chairman of Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation concerning family, women and children Vitaly Milonov ("United Russia" Party) visited Verkhnetoretskoye's village Donetsk People's Republic with humanitarian mission. During visit the parliamentarian communicated to locals and found out what they had to face. For several months the village was under continuous attacks, the FAN transfers.
