In Sudan cancelled an emergency rule

Sovereign council of Sudan cancelled an emergency rule which the authorities entered in October, 2021, transfers TV channel "al-Arabiya" with reference to the statement of local authorities. The decision was made by the commander of army Sudan Abdel Fattakh al-Burkhan. Cancellation is necessary for "creation of the [favorable] atmosphere for political dialogue" in Sudan, follows from the document.
