Leonid Slutsky is elected the leader of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia at extraordinary congress the Chairman Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on International affairs Leonid Slutsky elected the new chairman of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. Such decision is made at extraordinary XXXIV congress, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS" on Friday, May 27. Extraordinary congress was appointed after death of the previous leader of political association Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
