In Khankaysky district the local resident is brought to trial for illegal retail sale alcohol-containing production

Khankaysky district district court Primorsky territory decided a conviction concerning the 26-year-old local resident. She is found guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided by Art. 171.4 (illegal retail sale alcohol-containing production). In a court session it is established that in February, 2022 the person involved sold to the inhabitant of the village Kamen-Rybolov of Khankaysky district two bottles of alcohol. Thus in 2021 the woman was already brought to administrative responsibility according to p.1 Art. 14.17.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences for retail sale alcohol-containing food products.
