Arbitration court of Krasnoyarsk Territory in the person of the judge Polishchuk refused to Republican Service of State Construction Supervision and housing controls the region satisfaction claims, without having begun to forbid the regional fund founded by Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, to raise funds of shareholders to houses of the residential area under construction "Solonetzic soils-2".
