From May 22 to May 24 in the Center of fencing of Ilgar Mamedov passed a seminar of judges on a rapier. 30 representatives gathered for it from various regions Russian Federation: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Voronezh Region, Kursk Region, Moscow Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Novosibirsk Region, Samara Region, Smolensk Region, Yaroslavl Region, Primorsky Territory, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Yugra, the republics Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and Republic of Tatarstan, – and also from Belarus.
