The deputy prosecutor of the area Antyshev Aleksey approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the B. accused of commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 157 (failure to pay by the parent without valid excuse funds for the maintenance of minor children). It is established that B., from 2021 to 2022 evaded from payment of funds for the maintenance of the minor son. Total amount of debts made more than 260 thousand rubles.
