Election commission of Tsentralny of the Russian Federation offered candidates the vice governor Saint Petersburg Maxime Semenovich Meyksin and vice-presidents of city election commission Zatsepa Oleg for appointment to positions of members of new structure of municipal electoral committee of the city.
