To Astrakhan agency on management state property becomes the ministry

Agency for Management of Government Property of the Astrakhan region will be transformed to the ministry of the property and town-planning relations. Functions of new department will not change. After transformation the ministry will resolve also town planning issues, including to develop regional policy and standard legal regulation in the field of town planning and architecture.
