To Astrakhan Region there will be a new ministry

Agency for Management of Government Property of the Astrakhan region will be transformed to the ministry of the property and town-planning relations by Astrakhan Region. New department of regional Cabinet of Ministers will receive from Ministry constructions and area housing and communal services powers in the sphere of town planning and architecture, including development of policy and standard legal to regulation in this sphere.
