LLC "KHK INTERROS" Vladimir Potanin and Societe Generale Group finished the transaction on sale shares of the French banking group in PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ROSBANK and insurance business, reported and the press service of the Russian companies. In the message it is noted that the transaction was agreed by the governmental commission on control behind implementation of foreign investments to Russian Federation.
