Russian Federation and Turkey odpisali document on increase in number of flights

Moscow and Ankara signed the document on increase in number of flights as from outside Russian Federation, and Turkey, the Deputy Prime Minister declared Russian Federation Alexander Novak on air Russian information channel "Rossiya 24".
