Latvia broke off cultural cooperation with Russian Federation

Latvia declared to the power the decision to break off the cooperation agreement with Russian Federation in the culture sphere. "We completely suspended any cooperation till the moment when from Ukraine the Russian armies will be disengaged and territorial integrity and the sovereignty Ukraine" are completely restored, – the Minister of Culture of the Baltic republic Nauris Puntulis declared.
