The Israeli scientists investigated the samples of the charred wood found during excavation of a monument Tel-Tsaf. It appeared that in the Jordan River valley about 7000 years ago locals were engaged in gardening. They grew up an olive European and a fig tree. About it it is reported in article published in edition "Scientific Reports". In the central part of a valley of the Jordan River the monument Tel-Tsaf representing the remains of the large settlement of an era of an average halkolita (about 5200-4600 B.C.) settles down.
