Lawyers NSP accompanied Group of companies IBS in connection with acquisition of the Russian assets of Luxoft, DXC Technology Co.

In March, 2022 the Swiss Luxoft, DXC Technology Co. reported about the decision to leave the Russian market. In April of Luxoft, DXC Technology Co. transferred the Russian segment businesses to the Russian Group of companies IBS. Within the transaction two legal entities are transferred: LLC "IBS INFINISOFT" (Luxoft, DXC Technology Co. Professional) and Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization DPO AUTONOMOUS NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION FOR FURTHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION "TRAINING CENTER LYUKSOFT" (Luxoft, DXC Technology Co. Training)". Lawyers presented to NSP in the transaction the party of Group of companies IBS. Over the project worked the managing partner Nektorov Alexander, the partner Minina Nadezhda and lawyers Chuvakin Yvan. We thank the parties for fruitful work.
