Ministries of Economic Development for the first time presented results of an assessment of regulating influence of federal NPA on regional budgets

Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation revealed risks of unreasonable expenses of regions on 168 billion rubles within an assessment of drafts of federal acts. Let's remind, since January 1, 2022 Government of the Russian Federation entered the control mechanism behind prevention of growth of poor expenses of regional and local budgets as a result of federal decisions. The mechanism is directed on maintenance of balance of budgets of subjects and municipalities due to prevention of growth of expenses and emergence of the dropping-out income owing to federal decisions.
