Being under arrest on the case of a bribe the head of groups of companies "Lama" Levchugov Wladyslaw submitted claim to the owner Limited liability company "Tomsky Kabelny factory" to Sergei Ivanovich Chulovsky about a non-return of borrowed funds, reports agency "Interfax Siberia" with reference to own correspondent from a hall of Leninsky district court of the city of Tomsk of Tomsk region where claim is considered. Judge Moiseeva Galina reported that Sergei Ivanovich Chulovsky directed the passer claim therefore meeting is postponed to April 28.
