In Sri Lanka entered state of emergency against protests

The emergency rule is entered in Sri Lanka against proceeding protest actions because of an economic crisis in the country, the Times of India newspaper reported on May 6 with reference to office of the head of state. Such measure is taken by the president Sri Lanka Gotabayem Radzhapaksoy "for providing a public order" after labor unions called a national strike and demanded resignations the Lankan leader. In addition, at buildings parliament of the republic some thousands of students which took establishment in a siege gathered.
