Google Play forbade developers to load paid applications to Russian Federation

Google Inc. will not place any more in the shop paid appendices for the Russian users. The decision was expected and will most of all be reflected in small developers, experts of Google Inc. speak forbade developers to Russian Federation to load and update paid appendices in Google Play, about it is reported in the service blog.
