April 28. information agency "Interfaks" - Prosecutor's office sent to the Supreme court Republic of Crimea the appeal on a sentence to the deputy of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Moustafa Abduldzhemil Dzhemilev and asked to appoint to it real term - four years of a standard regime penal colony, the lawyer of the politician Nicholas Polozov reported. On April 22 the Armenian city court sentenced Moustafa Abduldzhemil Dzhemilev, earlier heading Parliament of Islamic Republic of Iran the Crimean Tatars (it is recognized as the extremist organization and it is forbidden to Russian Federation), to a year of imprisonment, fined and exempted from an execution of the punishment on amnesty.
