The term and the sum became result of addition of two convictions — taken out in 2020 for creation of criminal community and the organization of requisitions from businessmen and fresh, concerning bribes from candidates at city Duma elections in 2014. State charge requested for the ex-official of 17 years of imprisonment on the sum of two criminal cases.
