In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation deputies of fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia and senators Helena Afanasyeva, Ivan Abramov will bring on April 26 the draft of the resolution on the amnesty announcement concerning the persons who have made administrative offenses in area of traffic.
