Council for codification and improvement of the civil legislation at President of the Russian Federation on Thursday drew the negative expert opinion on the bill State Council of the Republic Crimea about compulsory withdrawal real estates and other property at the states and the persons making "unfriendly actions" concerning Russian Federation.
