To Japan want to recognize Russian Federation and China as threats

The Research council on problems of ensuring safety in the ruling Liberal Democratic Party Japan suggested to characterize officially Russian Federation and China as "threat" in fundamental documents on national military policy. Japan can add this term in Basic provisions of the defensive program which is planned to reconsider at the end of the current year, gives information agency "ITAR-TASS", referring to the Iomiuri newspaper.
