Council of Europe declared establishment of year of the Ukrainian culture

In Europe the European year of the Ukrainian culture is founded. The Minister of Culture reported Italy Dario Francheskini. As the initiator of creation of year of the Ukrainian culture Italy acted, within a year is planned to render to Kiev help for preservation and developments a national cultural heritage.
