Supreme Court of the Russian Federation rejected the cassation statement Nicholas Makarov who was sentenced earlier to 18 years of a colony of a high security for murder of the head Administration office Federal Penitentiary Service on Zabaykalsky territory the general Shikhova Eugenie and the businessman Razdobreev Vitaly. As reported newspaper "Kommersant" in the press service of Prosecutor's office of Zabaykalsky Territory, the sentence is left without changes. "Having considered criminal case in a cassation order, the Supreme court rejected complaint condemned, confirmed validity of his fault, correctness of qualification of deeds and justice of the appointed punishment" — noted in the department press service.
