The Akvarius group starts the second plant for installation of printed-circuit boards, assembly of tablets and other computing equipment. The enterprise has to let out to 1,5 million devices a year at investments in 5 billion rubles. Investments can pay off in five years at increase in demand for the Russian equipment, but at the project very high risks because of restrictions of deliveries of accessories, experts consider.
