Decree, instead of council

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree about modification of structure of scientific council at Council of safety, having excluded from it four known experts in international affairs. In the office of Security Council newspaper "Kommersant" explained that it is a question of "updating" of this structure. Meanwhile that all excluded together with the European and American colleagues signed the open letter in which it was among other things spoken about need of the termination of operations in Ukraine attracts attention.
