Following the results of the first working day of week the dollar at PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MOSKOVSKY EXCHANGE failed at once for 6 rub 25 kopeks (-6,5%), having failed to 89,75 rub, and euro fell off even more strongly, for 8 rub 40 kopeks (-8%), to 96,60 rub. Possibly, such powerful strengthening of ruble could be connected with that Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) specified procedure of receiving cash currency for natural persons and the restrictions connected with it.
