Prosecutor's office of the Molchanovo district of the Tomsk region carried out an inspection according to the address of the local belonging to category of persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, concerning violation of its housing rights. It is established that in 2010 the applicant remained without care of parents. Executive Body of Local Government of Administration of Municipal entity of the Molchanovo district of the Tomsk region put the minor on the housing account.
