The sentence to the director of the Tuapse forest area Venertsev Alexander who is found guilty of abuse of authority came into force. In 2018 mister Venertsev Alexander signed with citizens contracts on preparation wood in the Solokh-Aulsky forest area which was included earlier in structure of the Sochi national park as compensation for territory withdrawal under the Olympic construction. Venertsev Alexander did not plead guilty and explained that transfer of forest lands to national park still is not complete therefore he considered that the OOPT mode there does not work.
