Entering JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "XK"SIBTSEM" the enterprise was guilty of distribution of polluting substances in the atmosphere of Topki. By results of check, employees LLC "Topkinsky tsement" are made responsible, the press service of Prosecutor's office of the Kemerovo region reports.
