Deputies Elista city Meeting elected the former head Sovetsky rayon Volgograd Shafran Tepshinov to a position of city manager Elista. About it reported in EGS press service. Shafran Tepshinov temporarily fulfilled duties of chapter City administration since February 15 after leaving of the predecessor Dmitry Trapeznikov in Government of the Republic of Kalmykia.
