Group of companies "Yuzhuralzoloto" sells 29,18% of a share in the capital of Petropavlovsk PLC to Group of companies "Region". In the press service of companies daily online edition "Nakanune.Ru" reported that the transaction will be closed after receiving necessary regulatory and corporate approvals. The means received from sales of actions, will direct on reduction of debt loading of "Yuzhuralzoloto" and financing own projects. As the president of "YuGK", the deputy of ZSO Konstantin Ivanovich Strukov noted, the decision about sales the equity stake was accepted because of actions of corporate managements which became the reasons of falling of production results...
