Conveyor of countersanctions

On Wednesday at meeting of the government the new package of countersanctions measures which provides as tax eases for citizens — for example, increase from 3 million to 10 million rubles a threshold of application the raised taxes "on magnificent" cars — and simplifications of work of companies was considered. In particular, it is offered to renew softer according to the requirements the mechanism of special investment contracts (SPIK 1.0) and to allow to prolong it, and also to let in "the Russian offshore" — special administrative regions (Sports arbitral tribunal) — "younger" companies, created till March 1, 2022, instead of till January 1 of the 2018th...
