The bill obliging social networks quickly to delete an illegal content in Kazakhstan, sent to the senate

The social network has to appoint the representative who after obtaining the instruction will be obliged to remove an illegal content from MIOR within 24 hours. Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved in the second reading the draft of amendments to some acts of RK concerning protection of the rights of the child, educations, information and informatizations which provides requirements for removal of an illegal content in social networks.
