Researchers reached a rare quantum state in polycrystals

Ryabov Yvan the news editor Uchenym from Institutes researches of polymers Planek Maxime, Paderborn university and Konstantssky universities was succeeded to reach a rare quantum state: they for the first time showed Vanye-Stark's localization in polycrystalline substance.
