The Tula athletes will not make a speech at the Paralympic Games 2022 in Beijing

Athletes Russian Federation and Belarus will not participate in Winter Paralympic Games 2022 in Beijing. They were debarred by International Paralympic committee. As explained MPK, this decision was made recognizing that athletes of other countries do not want to compete with our Paralympians. On words of Paralympic committee to Russian Federation, these actions illegal also contradict the Paralympic principles.
