More than 2,5 hectares of the earth in Svetly Yar district which was transferred to individuals at the underestimated cost without carrying out auctions are returned in municipal property. As Cheredinina Oksana reported the senior assistant prosecutor Volgograd Region, statements of claim recognition of transactions by the invalid were declared by Prosecutor's office of the Svetly Yar district of the Volgograd region.
