National assembly of the Republic of Armenia during the second round of vote on Thursday elected on a post of the president of the republic Vaagn Khachatryan. 71 deputies voted for the only candidate - the minister of the hi-tech industry Vaagn Khachatryan - transfer inbusiness.kz with reference to information agency "Interfaks". In the first round of vote Vaagn Khachatryan was not elected because of shortage of voices as the opposition refused to participate in elections.
