International Paralympic committee changed the decision and forbade the Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in Paralympic Games. An only day ago the organization declared the decision to allow them, and already today declared discharge from Games. In the statement the president of Paralympic committee Parsons Andrew noted that members of Paralympic movement put pressure upon the organization.
