March 2. information agency "Interfaks" - the Wave of sanctions and growing international isolation, besides financial and logistic problems, are fraught for the Russian companies with difficulties in corporate management. A number of the public companies is concerned by risk of leaving of foreigners from lists of candidates in members of boards of directors who have to be chosen at annual meetings of shareholders, and in some cases started looking for additional candidates to include them in bulletins as a reserve, reported to information agency "Interfaks" sources in the market.
