Finpol's former deputy chairman got the mandate in connection with leaving Altynbek Turdubaevich Sulaymanov the New deputy Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic Zhamgyrchiev Emile took the oath. Zhamgyrchiev Emile received the mandate because of departure of the leader of Alyans fraction Altynbek Turdubaevich Sulaymanov which held a position of the plenipotentiary of the president in County of Ysyk-Köl.
