On February 26 in 1802 in the French city of Besançon one of the brightest representatives of the French romanticism, the writer, the poet, the prose writer and the playwright – Victor Marie Gyugo. Gyugo Victor started writing when to it it was executed fourteen. His creativity was highly appreciated by Louis XVIII who appointed beyond the years to the mature poet an award – 1 200 francs annually. In years the creative activity Gyugo Victor created many masterpieces: "Outcast", "The ninety third year", "Workers of the sea", "The person who laughs".
