Against the Ukrainian mayor initiated proceedings for cooperation about Russian Federation

Against the mayor Kupiansk (Kharkiv Region) Matsegor Gennady opened criminal case because he went for negotiations with the Russian military. As the head of the Kharkov oblgoadministration explained, in the video address the mayor Kupiansk publicly declared that the city is completely controlled by armed forces Russian Federation though at this time fights still proceeded.
