In Los Angeles constructed for the homeless "cheap" housing

Despite assurances of the mayor Los Angeles Eric Garsetti, the program of fast constructions housing for the city homeless does not work. Not only that it is conducted by too slow rates, each apartment leased within the project costs approximately twice more, than the same housing in the market real estates. In 2016 voters in Los Angeles approved implementation of the program for construction housing for the homeless.
