Corresponding changes in the Law Chelyabinsk Region "About the land relations" are accepted in the first and third readings at Meeting Legislative assembly of the Chelyabinsk region. Granting land plots without carrying out auctions on the basis of the decision of investment council at the Governor Chelyabinsk Region about compliance to criteria for placement of objects of welfare and household appointment and for implementation of large-scale investment projects, is settled by Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation" and the law Chelyabinsk Region "About the land relations".
