In Saint Petersburg presented unique works of the Leningrad and Petersburg artists of the second half as XX – the beginning of the XXI century

They can be seen within new exhibitions "Apartment No. 3" at the heart of which – rare pictures from a collection of the well-known Petersburg collectors – brothers Noskinykh the Private collection of twin brothers Valentin and Leonid Noskinykh is really unique.
